Early Adopter Program

ManageAI is not a blocking or monitoring tool. It supports governance by making costs and usage visible, without slowing down AI adoption on the ground.

Fees
No setup fee, $500/month (plus applicable taxes). If you continue, the same price is locked in for three years from the contract date (standard plans are expected to be $1,000–2,000/month)
Term & cancellation
The program runs for six months from the contract date (can be continued by mutual agreement afterward). You can cancel at any time during the term with one month’s notice
What’s included
Dashboard access / three alert types / onboarding support (business interview, initial setup, organization setup, and jointly defining alert thresholds) / monthly usage reviews. All at no additional cost
What we ask
An onboarding interview (online, about one hour), participation in monthly reviews, and feedback on bugs and alert accuracy
